IT Specialist with Spanish

We are seeking a skilled Technical Care Specialist who speaks Spanish (At least C1)

The Position:

The successful candidate will have excellent problemsolving skills and be able to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical Spanish speaking clients. You should be able to work independently and be comfortable taking on a leadership role when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of networks and communications
  
• Windows Server & UNIX experience ( Commands Memory Processes etc.)
  
• Database experience ( Start Stop OEM etc.) Oracle MongoDB Sybase
  
• Tools KnowHow: Zabbix Grafana Kibana Job Schedulers Alarms Monitoring Salesforce HPALM etc.
  
• Shell Scripting ( Basic Debugging skills)
  
• Weblogic server knowhow (Thread Dumps Data Sources etc.)
  
• Error Debugging skills
  
• Communication protocols (RCP TCP UDP) HTTPS
  
• Video protocols (live vod dtp adaptive streaming)
  
• Good to have : Knowledge Cloud Tech VmWare HyperV etc.
  

Requirements:

• Advanced Command of Spanish language (C1)
  
• Communicative English level (B2C1)
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  
• We require previous experience in IT Support
