IT Commercial Lawyer Remote 3months 100% Imm. CHF 130000

Tasks

• Review negotiate and draft commercial contracts
• Advise on legal matters related to transactions incl. IP and regulatory compliance
• Intepret existing agreements providing guidance on obligations potential disputes
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address legal issues in business operaitons
• Stay updated on relevant laws and industry trends to provide proactive legal counsel and mitigate risks

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French
• Completed Legal Degree (CH EU UK)
• Familiarity with French law and international business law
• Strong understanding of sales contractracts
• At least 5 years PQE as Commercial Lawyer preferably in the IT Industry
