Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves crafting functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for detail and a passion for design innovation. This position requires someone who can manage projects from concept through completion while ensuring high standards of design quality and functionality.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Interpret client needs and lifestyle requirements to create compelling design concepts. Utilize space planning skills to layout spaces effectively.
- Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to refine design plans to their satisfaction while staying within budget constraints.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines coordinate with contractors and suppliers and ensure all installations are carried out to specifications.
- Material Selection: Select and specify materials furniture and fixtures ensuring compatibility with environmental safety and aesthetic standards.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed working drawings designs plans models and schemes using computeraided design (CAD) software.
- Budget Management: Monitor budget compliance and perform cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all designs comply with legal and health and safety standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
- Proven work experience (2 years) as an Interior Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp 3D Max Illustrator or other design programs.
- Strong portfolio of design work.

Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems and ensure their operational functionality. Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement of cameras and equipment for optimal surveillance. Troubleshoot systems, identify issues, and provide timely resolutions. Work with clients to customize security setups according to their specific needs. Coordinate with network technicians to integrate CCTV systems with network infrastructure. Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of CCTV systems. Maintain records of installations, services, and repairs. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive
