Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple design projects with project teams and other disciplines through all design
• Manage project costs and
• Assist with project contracts and marketing
• Provide mentorship to junior
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients that interpret and exceed client
• Plan and select interior finishes, furniture, and other design
• Write design specifications and review code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is
• The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in an interior design
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role is
• It is preferred that the candidate is registered NCIDQ, or has the ability to become
• The candidate should have knowledge and experience in space planning, construction, and interior
• Proficiency in Revit to create 3D visuals and technical documents is
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently and in
