Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Be responsible of achieving his or her sales targets though directtoconsumers (D2C) channels
Acquire leads and contracts
Examine salesrelated data propose and implement countermeasures to hit the targets
Provide counseling to customers at the clinic or as a part of homeservice
Collaborate with other teams in the company
Implement any related activities including sales marketing and PR activities
Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through websites chats e mails and social media
Advising customers on suitable products and services as per their needs and specifications.
Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calling and Emailing
A successful candidate will have:
Bachelor s degree
A minimum of 1 year of work experience in businesstoconsumer sales or in online D2C inbound sales activities
Working experience as an inside sales representative in startup companies or healthcare related companies or clinics
Proficiency in speaking and writing in English Hindi and Telugu
A certificate in P&O field is a significant advantage
Experience in using CRM software is a plus
Experience in marketing and PR is a plus
Willingness and flexibility to do other tasks besides those mentioned above
Experience with Ed. Tech. firms like Byju s and Work Ex of sales in call centers will be an added advantage.
