Tasks

1. ISO 27001 Certification:

• Lead the development implementation and maintenance of information security management systems (ISMS) to achieve and sustain ISO 27001 certification.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify assess and manage information security risks.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the ISMS.

1. GDPR Compliance:

• Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to GDPR regulations.
• Conduct assessments to identify personal data processing activities and ensure the implementation of appropriate safeguards.
• Provide guidance on data protection impact assessments and assist in their execution.
• Serve as the point of contact for data protection authorities and data subjects.

1. Communication and Documentation:

• Demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills in English to comprehend modify and create policies in alignment with international standards.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures related to information security are effectively communicated and understood across the organization.
• Document differences in procedures analyze them and present findings in a clear and structured manner.

1. Proactivity and Implementation:

• Proactively investigate internal processes to ensure adherence to group policies and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement grouplevel information security policies and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Bring attention to management regarding policy implementations potential issues and recommended solutions.
• Analyze local procedures and assess their compatibility with global information security standards.

1. Affinity with Information Security:

• Demonstrate a genuine interest in information security matters and stay abreast of the latest industry trends and developments.
• Foster a culture of awareness and understanding of information security across the organization.
• Actively participate in relevant industry forums conferences and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Security Computer Science or a related field.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in leading ISO 27001 certification efforts and GDPR compliance initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
