- Support and contribute to the development and maintenance of ICLA data management system, including through design, documentation, implementation, and harmonisation of standardizes information flow of ICLA monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activitiesand reporting.
- Lead ICLA monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning processes, including the spot checks and any other control measures.
- Support programme with needs assessments, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Support the development of data collection, data entry and reporting methodology and tools, including by introducing digital processes/automation.
