Job Requirement:

BE / Tech (Electrical / Electronics) with 8 Years’ experience in Product development Cycles from Battery/Automotive / Automobile / Similar

Job Role:

• To implement, deploy & maintain a clear product, documentation, and drawings Structure for the Li-Ion battery solution for Automotive products covering electric and Hybrid electric vehicle
• This job role is acting as interface between Engineering and production and has strong know-how of product functionality and Characteristics
• Understanding of complete product development Product development cycles from design to
• Knowledge & Understanding of BOM & Change Management ( ECN/ECR)
• Ensuring that production and procurement are using right versions of
• Creating, updating and managing BOM lists in co-operation with design
• Periodic report to next level and timely MIS for management meetings
• Handle development projects completely till launch to
• Knowledge of types of cells/modules, battery packs architectures
• Basic Knowledge of testing at pack level
• Understanding of Battery & BMS functions and software Control algorithms such as battery controls, battery SOC, SOH, cell balancing, safety related controls, configuration of BMS, energy calculation, thermal management
• Knowledge of electronics circuit and components function for power electronics systems, including inverter, on-board charger, BMS,
• Knowledge of various measuring equipment like, CRO, Multi meter, LCR
• Functional Testing, System/Component Benchmarking
• Coordination with cross functional department, suppliers for design and development Activities
• Support team as required in the assembly of battery prototyping &
• Knowledge of test standards of Lithium-Ion traction battery
• Cost Optimization through VA/VE and Benchmarking
• Work closely with design teams to troubleshoot issues and proposed improvement
