About the Role
We are seeking a highly-skilled, collaborative and motivated iManage Professional Services Consultant to join our team. The individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our iManage projects, working with law firms around the world to support their digital transformation strategies. Key Responsibilities
As an iManage Professional Services Consultant, you will:
- Facilitate the effective coordination and delivery of iManage on-premises upgrades (including Work server upgrades and Work 10 desktop installs and upgrades).
- Manage the migration of on-premises iManage environments to CloudiManage using cloud migration tools.
- Cleanse and/or fix iManage databases prior to migration/s.
- Manipulate data in CloudiManage using the RestAPI.
- Work with the PMO Team to design and improve iManage project plans
- Create and update integrations between iManage and other systems for customers (including Practice Management Systems (PMS) and time/billing tools) to automate processes e.g., iManage workspace creation.
Experience
We are seeking an individual with the following experience:
- Use of iManage or similar Document Management Systems
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining Migration Plans and Documentation.
- Manipulation of RestAPI using scripts via Phyton and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Legal Systems such as Time Billing and Practice Management.
- In-Depth Knowledge of Databases such as SQL and PostGreSQL.
- Networking Architecture and Windows Servers / Windows Desktops and Virtualisation Technologies.
- Microsoft Azure and O365
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, working independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Cisco CompTIA certificate or other networking certifications.
- iManage iCSE qualification and/or iManage Cloud Onboarding certifications.
- Effective communication skills.
- Keen problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Salary: Competitive and Negotiable DOE
- Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm. Hybrid working (2 days per week in our Norwich Office).
