Key Responsibilities
- promote best practices in the delivery of nursing care and provide clinical expertise and support within the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide support assistance and facilitation to colleagues in order to help them achieve the specific critical success factors that have been developed for the department.
- Promote a culture of transparency and active engagement by fostering effective communication practices.
- Individuals are accountable for their personal professional growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse
- Be on the live register with NMBI
- possess a minimum of two years of postqualification experience in an intensive care setting.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential in a professional setting.
- Strong Foundation in hemodynamics arrhythmia management pathophysiology and pharmacology
- management of a ventilated patient
- Proficient in assessing a patients cardiovascular status.
