Full Job Description

Candidates must have a good understanding of being an experienced Education and Training Consultant and be someone competent in working with clients customers and colleagues of all levels of seniority.

What you will do
Training Delivery:

• Design and Deliver training programs remotely and/or in person.
• Identifying creating and curating training content relevant to both our clients and for staff within the business with a particular perspective and focus on the use of technologies and solutions we provide and support within schools.

Learning Locker Training Platform:

• Work as part of a team to maintain our elearning platform including updating content to reflect Government Education and Technology advancement changes.
• Source opportunities to develop more expansive future content and courses.
• Create and edit training scripts and demonstration recordings.

Transformation Consultancy:

• Meet with clients to assess digital transformation needs.
• Conduct skills analysis exercises through site visits audits observations and discussion.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to produce detailed reports back to clients.
• Design bespoke training solutions and programs which meet the assessed needs whilst remaining on budget.

Internal Support; using your knowledge and experience of the Education section:

• Provide training for internal staff on education policy trends and procedures.
• Offer support and advice to the Commercial and Procurement team to ensure the products and solutions we offer are fit for purpose appropriate for use in an educational establishment and deliver on their companys vision to help schools to improve their outcomes.

Stay Updated:

• Keep abreast of the latest trends methodologies and developments in the Education field and incorporate relevant innovations into training programs.

What you will need

• A passion for education.
• Experience in planning and leading training sessions within the Education sector.
• Good knowledge of fundamental IT concepts and applications.
• Knowledge of current changes and developments in Education Technology.
• Experience working with Microsoft Google and Apple software or a commitment to pursuing personal CPD requirements in these areas.
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Flexibility willingness and ability to travel independently and train educational staff across the geographical area covered by the company.
• Desirable but not essential:
• Experience in using observation to improve the quality of teaching learning and assessment.
• Certificate in Education or PGCE or Diploma in Education (QTS desirable
• Experience offering information advice and guidance within the Education Technology sector.
