Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Hyperion applications and infrastructure
• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for Hyperion systems
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
• Develop and implement Hyperion system enhancements and upgrades
• Conduct regular system maintenance and monitor performance to ensure stability
• Train and support endusers in utilizing Hyperion tools effectively
• Document system configurations processes and procedures
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system integrations and updates
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of Hyperion system policies and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• 3 years of experience in Hyperion administration and technical support
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Hyperion applications and modules
• Strong understanding of Oracle databases and SQL queries
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in providing technical support to endusers
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of Hyperion system integration and performance optimization
• Relevant certifications in Hyperion administration or Oracle technologies
