HVACR Licensed Technician Clone

Work Schedule:
Typical work days run from 8:00am5:00pm with occasional overtime. Technicians will also be on call every 3 to 4 weeks.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in repairing commercial refrigeration equipment is required. Our client has a preference for experience within the supermarket industry.

Background Check:
Applicants will be subject to a background check.

Drug Test: A drug test will be conducted.

Technician Duties:

• Ensuring the maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC for a group of retail locations.
• Repairing equipment such as compressors water pumps air handlers electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe efficient and timely manner that exceeds customers’ expectations.
• Establishing effective regular communication with Site Management to ensure they are kept informed about all ongoing maintenance activities.
• Liaising with Site Management team to ensure that all planned maintenance activities are communicated effectively.
• Proactively checking and repairing refrigerant leaks.
• Maintaining all assets for which you have responsibility to the highest standards.
• Performing refrigeration/HVAC preventive maintenance checks in a timely manner as assigned.
• Monitoring and logging refrigerant usage within assigned stores.
• Maintaining clean and safe conditions in machine and electrical rooms.
• Communicating as needed with retail store location personnel to maintain refrigerated product integrity.
• Participating in company’s “on call” after hours emergency call program.
• Assisting with troubleshooting problems.
• Completing equipment inventories as assigned.
• Performing other jobrelated duties as assigned.
• Acting in accordance with all company policies & procedures.
