•Advanced higher degree (Master’s or equivalent) preferably in law, human rights, political sciences or another relevant field. a first-level university degree or equivalent in combination with relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree. • At least 3 years of professional work experience relevant to human rights at the national and/or international level. Fully proficient computer skills, including use of relevant software and other applications, e.g. word processing, spreadsheets and internet-searching is required.
• Experience in monitoring human rights is desirable.
• Knowledge of and experience working on human rights or humanitarian issues in East Jerusalem is desirable.
• Experience with drafting compilations and analysis of information from a variety of sources is an asset.
• Experience using databases and conducting open-source monitoring and searching is an asset
