- Manage recruitment and placement tasks for new employees in cooperation with the concerned departments and units, and ensure proper procedures until confirmation.
- Managing the annual evaluation process for employees, each at his workplace, building a capacity development program commensurate with the functional and individual needs of the incumbents, and ensuring that the evaluation outputs are linked to the system of incentives and penalties.
- Manage and implement human resources activities in cooperation with the Director General, Director of the Department of Administrative Affairs, Financial and Human Resources, and directors of other departments and units according to the policies and procedures approved and in force within the institution.
- Providing support, advice and guidance to the Authority's employees and colleagues on the implementation of human resources policies and procedures, each in his workplace.
