A new opportunity has come up from one of the key players in the power industry! Our client is looking for an HR Supervisor who will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This position will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive talent management organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives within the company.


In this role your responsibilities would be the following:


  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and align HR strategies to support these goals.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance within the HR department
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies ensuring the recruitment and retention of top talent.
  • Develop and implement programs for employee development succession planning and career pathing.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement satisfaction and retention.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits structures.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to make informed decisions regarding salary adjustments and incentives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and internal policies.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to derive insights and make datadriven recommendations for HR strategies and decisionmaking.
  • Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics and trends for management review.


Requirements


In order to be considered for the role you have to meet the following criteria:


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Psychology Industrial Engineering or any related fields.
  • Proven experience 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management preferably within the energy or utilities industry.
  • At least 5 years of strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of project experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations in the Philippines.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Willing to be based in Davao.

Preferably someone with background in HR. Skilled in filing papers, operating office equipment, and handling digital files. Ability to coordinate with workers, vendors, and partners. Customer service attitude Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
