HR Specialist

KMS Lighthouse is looking for an HR Specialist to join us and support our hiring needs and growth in North America.

• Leading Fullcycle hiring process; including sourcing and headhunting top talents posting jobs resume screening interviewing and candidate tracking on our ATS.
• Meeting hiring managers and understanding the necessary skills and requirements to effectively identify recruit and hire the best talents
• Support Onboarding & Offboarding processes of employees as part of their org lifecycle
• Maintain and promote culture by supporting HR initiatives and cultural and welfare events (team building wellness and engagement etc..)
• Oversee office Administrative duties
• Respond and assist employees with any HR related queries

Requirements :

• Previous experience in the recruitment field (can be also from placement agencies)
• Ability to commute to our office three days out of the week located in Las Colinas TX
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
