This position is tailored for individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team apply their knowledge in various HR functions and engage in a new cultural setting. Ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in human resources practices a desire to learn and grow and a commitment to making significant contributions to our team and organization. Role: HR Professional Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract hire and onboard top talent. Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Lead diversity and inclusion efforts fostering an open and inclusive workplace culture. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Indepth knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits recruitment training & development etc.). Proficient level of English to ensure effective communication within a diverse workplace. Strong decisionmaking skills and the ability to understand and balance the needs of both employees and the organization. Ability to adapt to new environments and cultures with a proactive approach to learning and development. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels within the organization.
