We are looking at option of hiring a young and energetic for a HR & Operations role in Hyderabad.

Experience: 1 years

For HR candidate should help in following:

1. Recruitment and Selection
2. Onboarding and Orientation
3. Employee Relations
4. HR Policies and Compliance
5. HR Data Management

From Account Management and Sales/Marketing & Operations she should also help in following.

1. Managing Clockify she will be trained on how to use clockify
2. Managing JIRA she will be trained on how to use JIRA
3. Tendering Help is collating and preparing standard artifacts like CVs References etc
4. Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing managing social media handles of Techlab Group

Is she knows bit of graphics design it will be of great help.

Position is for work from office (hybrid model) and based in Hyderabad and we need immediate joiner.
