We are looking for an HR Intern to join us on this exciting journey!
fulltime for 612 months

Tasks

As HR Intern at Prewave you will

  • Support in bestinclass HR services across the entire Employee Life Cycle
  • Be part of the recruitment process from publishing a job ad until onboarding of new joiner
  • Take ownership for HR projects (e.g. the implementation of training initiatives health care activities employee engagement surveys or benefits)
  • Be responsible for drafting employment contracts contract amendments and bonus agreements
  • Consult employees on any kind of question around their employment
  • Collect prepare and analyse HR data for management reports
  • Assistance and implementation of internal events/seminars
  • Work together with and learn from a growing HR team

Requirements

Must haves

  • Ongoing studies in the field of Human Resources or Economics with focus on or parts of HR
  • Structured and selfdriven personality with the ability to handle several different requests and tasks in parallel
  • Enjoy working both independently and in a team
  • Fluent English skills both written and spoken
  • Very good Excel skills (e.g. vlookup tables and pivot tables graphs)
  • Valid work permit for Austria

Bonus points for

  • First touch points in the HR department
  • Knowledge of Austrian labour law
  • Experience with a multinational team
  • Experience working in a startup
  • German skills (written and spoken)
