Role & Responsibilities
Staff Management: Oversee a diverse team of 300 employees fostering a positive workplace culture.
Payroll and Compensation: Administer payroll ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits. Maintain payroll records and tax compliance per local regulations.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve concerns conflicts and grievances confidentially. Conduct regular staff checkins to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and initiate recruitment. Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
Policy Development and Compliance: Develop update and communicate HR policies for compliance with labor laws and company standards. Stay updated on legislative changes.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support career growth.
Health and Safety: Enforce protocols to ensure a secure work environment complying with occupational health and safety regulations.
Administration: Manage HR documentation and employee records. Coordinate events and initiatives to boost morale.
Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proven HR experience emphasizing administration and staff management.
Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
Clear and professional communication of HR policies and procedures.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office applications.
Expertise in endtoend payslip generation and salary management.
Familiarity with payroll software and systems to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
