One of our esteemed clients are looking for an HR Admin for their Consulting Company

Job Description

• Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies procedures and programs
• Maintain accurate employee records both electronic and physical ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
• Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes including conducting new employee orientation and exit interviews
• Prepare employment contracts offer letters and other HRrelated documents
• Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee files ensuring data integrity
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits
• Assist in organizing employee training and development programs
• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in the coordination of company events and activities
• Stay uptodate with changes in employment legislation and HR best practices
• Cover additional work from the PMO Team including recruitment project work and other administrative duties as and when required.
