Responsibilities:
Assist in monthly Payroll
Ordering office pantry & stationery
Answering Incoming calls
Keep employee record up to date
Work pass management:applicationrenewal cancellation
Monitor worker training expiry
Responsible for online submission of IR8A/IR21
Filling of HR documents
Receive incoming mails and send outgoing mails
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing of candidates & interviewing
Arranging business travels (flighthotel etc)
Processing of invoice quotation purchase order and delivery order to customers
Prepare project contract(tender documents)
Preparing of shipping documents
Coordinate with freight forwaders for incoming/outgoing shipments
Ensure on time delivery to customerspreparing commercial invoice to oversea supplier
Any other HR functions as needed
