About Us:
Suncoast Drivers is the nations fastest growing Driver leasing agency servicing over 43 states across the country. We are a family owned business and have been taking the industry by storm for the last 7 years. Our growth has created multiple opportunities for new Recruiters to join our family.
Job Duties:
- Locate and interview potential CDL drivers for Local positions
- Vet applications to meet client standards for work history, MVR and Background requirements
- Interview and vet potential drivers for multiple jobs and consult on best fit for driver and client.
- Utilize ATS system to keep organization and compliance standards
- Represent Suncoast Drivers with integrity and dignity
Qualifications:
- 1 Year industry or related high volume recruiting exp is preferred
- experience using ATS systems
- Problem solving skills
Compensation:
- $40,000 - $45,000 base
- $15,000-$25,000 potential first year commissions.
At least 21 years of age 1-2 years related delivery experience.
