Areas of Responsibilities:
Creating, improving and maintaining funnel content for various Business lines like flights, ground transport, holidays, B2B platforms like BookYourVoyage, on the website and Mobile
- Working on creating content beyond the funnel, for CLM assets (notifications and emailers)
Ideating and structuring attractive and well curated content for holiday itineraries, inspiring ideas for trips, guides for attending unique festivals
Drawing a roadmap for content execution, comprising, but not limited to establishing work flow for conceptualizing, creating, editing and proofing content, and working with the design, product and brand teams to disseminate timely and most effective
Ensuring that all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of intent, style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, and
Leading engagement and shopper and order conversion through content
Interaction Points:
Work with cross-functional teams including Brand, CLM, Alliances, Product, Supply, Category to understand project requirements and execute
Collaborate with external stakeholders/agencies to get work done in a defined and structured

Education/Experience
Qualification & Experience:
Graduation/post-graduation in English, Journalism or related field with excellent communication
Relevant agency or content marketing experience of minimum 2 years
