Head of Pricing
Likewize is searching for a Head of Pricing to support the Trade In division. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing an enriched global device pricing reporting and analytics service. This is a high impact role on the Global Business. Analytical outputs, predictions and insights will craft long term commercial offers, forecast program profitability, and evaluate business performance.
This role is perfect for a leader who enjoys working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment; to be given a wide brief to create and develop the Pricing Strategy and manage effectiveness. define processes in supporting analytical work; Additionally, this person must able to work across various work streams including finance, data science and product management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Produce pricing analytics Ensure the process and utilization of data from global sources is accurate.
• Produce pricing recommendations for future bids, based on analytics from Regions Insights, Inventory levels and Sales performance at Global level
• Derive actionable insights and recommendations to support decision making by analyzing large volumes of transactional data
• Leverage observational insights to establish trend / cause-and-effect hypothesis and develop rich ad hoc analysis models to investigate and communicate findings to a wider audience
• Systematically collect market pricing intelligence, track macro environment changes, and identify and quantify risk and factors that impact historical and / or future prices
• Collaborative working across regional global teams

Requirements/Skills

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience:
• University degree with courses in finance, business, statistics, or related quantitative field
• 5+ years in a Pricing Leadership role, management of staff, growing and leading teams in analyst, finance, general business, ideally in vendors, finance, banking, insurance
• Managed critical customer accounts.
• Excellent communication skills as this will be a relationship building role with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors.
• Built Pricing strategies in order to effectively manage target revenue goals.
• Hands on experience of analysis, reporting, insights and formulating recommendations.
• Familiarity with financial risk concepts, global models, pricing and metrics.
• Expert knowledge in building and maintaining commercial Excel applications, including VBA
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft BI.
• Ability to working in high-pressure, continually changing environment
• Keen attention to detail and proven ability to produce high-quality output
• Team player, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to get things done in cross-functional teams
