Your role...

As the Head of Operations overseeing their business in Senegal your role is pivotal. Youll be instrumental in developing operational plans managing daytoday operations driving business growth and enhancing profitability. Your responsibilities will involve submitting regular performance and progress reports keeping their company headquarters in the loop.

Your key responsibilities...

• Operational: You will craft operational plans to fuel company growth and elevate sales and dive into the nittygritty of fleet operations from vehicle servicing to GPS monitoring.
• Leadership: You will lead the charge in hiring training and managing staff ensuring their ongoing professional development.
• Growth: You will envision the future of country operations and chart the course for growth.
• Relationship: You will establish executive presence building relationships with customers suppliers and partners.
• Expansion: You will spearhead expansion across major cities leaving your mark on Franchise Workshop and After Sales services.
• Culture: You will instill a P and amp;L culture within the operations team.
• Performance: You will drive continuous improvement initiatives benchmarking for bestinclass performance. You will also set and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure a journey of continuous improvement.

What you bring...

• Minimum of 9 years in sales and business development showcasing increasing responsibilities.
• Extensive experience in managing complex projects and scaling unstructured businesses.
• Exposure to a matrix dynamic fastpaced resultsoriented multicountry environment.
• BSc or Masters degree in Business Administration Management Engineering or a related field.
• An MBA or extensive training in sales marketing finance team building leadership and management.
