For this journey were searching for a Head of Fintech Operations (m/w/d) to scale and improve our banking offering.

Tasks

What youll be doing

In a nutshell: Scaling and professionalizing our Fintech services

Function as the sparring partner to our CoFounders on both strategic and operational topics in order to scale professionalize and expand our existing fintech offering.

• Leading business development and account management with our banking issuing and wealthpartners
• Ensuring smooth and customerdriven operations of our financial services by working closely with our Customer Support Team
• Collaborating with our Compliance and Risk Team to ensure compliant and scalable operations
• Building launching and scaling new fintech services to our customers in close collaboration with our Product Team
• Working closely with our leadership team to identify potential areas of growth across the entire company

Requirements

What were looking for:

• Experience within a fastpaced environment preferably in a hypergrowth and vcfunded fintech company
• Passion for our product and mission
• A strong track record of planning and executing projects preferably including Fintech
• A numbersdriven approach including a deep understanding of relevant KPIs
• Strong knowledge of fintech BaaS PSD2 Payment Processing Card Issuing and EMoney
• A creative handson person with the ability to engage with anyone and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Fluency in German and English Skills in French are a big advantage
• Residence in Berlin
