Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
EXPERIENCE :- 15-20 YEARS
LOCATION :- KOLKATA
MUST HAVE :-
Experience inSAP S4 HANA , Databases and programming such as Angular .net, Java etc.
Managed an IT team
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY :-
Prepare and align IT strategic plan with the company's short term and long term goals
Understand stakeholder s business requirements, and provide effective and workable solutions to support and address needs in timely manner
Managing CRM / SAP S4 HANA ERP and any other Non-SAP systems. Improvements and enhancement of the existing applications and modules already running; launching and implementing new modules and utilities This includes integration of SAP with Non-SAP system.
Manage IT infrastructure and connectivity, including LAN/WAN, Internet connectivity; video communication systems etc
Assess and execute IT security systems and processes. Handle audits, compliances and risk management, to ensure safer and security IT work environment.
Manage the changes in the system as per the ITGC System
Manage the outsourced team for cybersecurity, FMS and SAP S4 Hana. Coordinate with vendor partners team to develop and implement the innovative solution in IT landscape.
Co-ordinate with Security Operations Center (SOC) service provider and ensure the complete data and cybersecurity of the organization.
Digitalization, website upgrade and maintenance; and manage and introduce web applications to improve processes, enhance users experience and satisfaction (of both internal and external stakeholders) facilitate and improve business
Evaluate, select and introduce new IT technologies. Plan, implement and ensure rapid Disaster Recovery and business continuity in case of emergencies
Coach and upgrade team s capabilities
