Requirements

• Minimum of at least 2 years of experience as a Foreign Exchange Trader with a verifiable 2 year track record as a Portfolio Manager or a related role
• Experience with B2B Cold calling and global treasury practices
• Proven people management experience
• Proficiency in using trading platforms analytical tools and financial software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse market data economic indicators and charts to make informed trading decisions
• You are able to deploy a profitable trading strategy in FX and understand the different asset classes including OTC FX
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced trading environment
• The ability to handle losses and manage stress in a highpressure trading environment
• Strong mathematical and statistical skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on various currencies economic indicators and market trends
• Generate market reports forecasts and recommendations for stakeholders
• Track and analyse trading performance metrics such as profit and loss win ratio and riskreward ratio
• Identify areas for financial improvement and take necessary actions to enhance Profitability
• Handle onboarding administration with support from compliance
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to foreign exchange trading
• Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards while executing trades
• Attend seminars conferences and webinars to enhance knowledge about forex trading strategies risk management techniques and new technologies in the industry
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients financial institutions and other market participants
• Provide guidance market insights and trading recommendations to clients
• Identify quality leads and close highmargin trades with corporate organisations
