WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Weve established the Future Brand BuilderLeader Programreporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)to seek out passionate and authentic young professionals who once (or still) dream of being a brand builder creating their legacy in shaping and building the next global iconic brand. These individuals should be driven with skyhigh passion to build a global challenger brand similar to how Oatly Red Bull and Liquid Death have disrupted industries with outdated marketing playbooks.

INCREDIBLE Juice stands for the consumer. We believe traditional juice is misleading consumers with its advertising promising health benefits while concealing its high sugar content. Its an industry stagnant in innovation. As brand builders we are tasked with introducing this incredible product to consumers one by one until it becomes a global phenomenon.

The 2year Future Brand BuilderLeader Program will equip you to become a wellrounded marketer capable of making a global impact. You will learn to create brands campaigns produce assets evaluate performance and gather consumer feedback and insights from major cities worldwide including Singapore Los Angeles New York and . . . (you name it). You will learn that brand building is not just about PR; it starts with the consumer ensuring that every interaction aligns with our brand strategy. Our goal is to create a brand that remains relevant for the next century no matter where we will beearth moon mars or even Asgard .

If you are passionate about making a realworld impact and disrupting an old industry worth $150 billion join us. Were on a quest to take down giants and it wont be easy. You will have access to the best products backed by science and a startup structure that understands consumer needs. We will use our brains hearts and souls to challenge the status quo.

What you will do.

• Work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer liaising with agencies suppliers KOLs and the press.
• Ensure all brandrelated tasks are executed perfectly and on time.
• Experience brand building from the ground up from crafting strategy to activation.
• Analyze what works and what doesnt pivot quickly and prepare for the next launch in a speedy actions.
• Work closely with distributors prepare plans and ensure perfect execution instore
• Explore new channels activations and trends applicable to the brand.
• Understand P&L and identify brand activations with the highest ROI.
• Undertake any tasks assigned by the CCO to grow the brand.

What Your Day Feels Like: Expect latenight work with flexible hours but an alwayson mindset.

• Conduct thorough research for consumer insights both desktop and on your foot at ground zero.
• Read read and read over and over. Indepth study and analysis of creative campaigns from leading global challenging brands.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends worldwide.
• Coordinate with multiple functions and external parties to maintain momentum.
• Be ready to flyout anytime
• Always hungry to learn more see more and find out more about everything you will do.

What will happen after 2 years

Surviving this intense program qualifies you to step up as a senior role in our Branding Commercial & Growth team filling lead marketing roles in selected countries as our brand expands. Alternatively if youre inclined to venture out youll carry intensive handson brandbuilding experience from day one accelerating your journey as a wellequipped brand builder in any CPG/FMCG/Tech company or even start your own.

Requirements

What you need to have.

  * **Degree in Business/Marketing/Brand or related fields**  * **03 years experience**  * Native/fluent in English. 3rd language is a plus  * Humble but daring attitude with eagerness to neverstop learning  * Willingness to stretch your limits i.e. work long hours (80100 hours per week) emulating Elon Musks work ethic.  * Excitement and passion in our mission and products (definitely if you dont it wont work)  * Selfinitiated selfmotivated energetic and never settled.  * Strong passion for winning and going the extra mile to achieve beyond expectations.  * Good teamplay spirit with the ability to listen and communicate with others.  * Aggressive open mindsetaligns to our challenging all the norms ethos as you can see no HR in any companies gonna write a job post like this
