Role and Responsibilities:
As a Fresher HR at YO HR CONSULTANCY you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:

- Utilizing various job portals and social channels such as Naukri LinkedIn Indeed and Shine to source potential candidates.
- Conducting endtoend recruitment processes which involve screening and reviewing resumes conducting phone screens and understanding candidate requirements.
- Advertising job openings on job boards the company s careers page and social media to attract qualified candidates.
- Effectively managing the candidate database.
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues.
- Preferably seeking immediate joiners to fulfill the recruitment needs efficiently.
Candidate Qualifications:

- The ability to confidently communicate with top management personnel.
- A thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions.
- Handson experience in sourcing candidates from job portals and social channels like Naukri LinkedIn Indeed and Shine.
