Our partner is a golf & spa resort providing exceptional service for the customers in France. Their core mission: provide a relaxing and unforgettable experience for their guests. Tasks

In this role as Telesales Marketer for Flemish- speaking clients, your goal is to contact clients and sell the company s products and services. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for finding the right property for the client and closing the deal.

  • Receive qualified leads from the marketing department
  • Contact and communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
  • Organise resort viewings for the client
  • Occasionally travel to France to close deals face-to-face
  • Ensure that all legal documents are correct
  • Hand over clients to other internal departments

Requirements

  • Language skills: bilingual level in Dutch and an advanced level (C1+) in English & bilingual level in Flemish and an advanced level (C1+) in English. French is an added value.
  • Be a freelance, at least the first three months.
  • 3-4 years of experience working in Telesales Marketing
  • 3-4 years of experience working in Real Estate
  • You have a valid driving licence.
  • You have availability to travel.
  • You have worked with a CRM system before.
  • You are a dynamic communicator
  • Experience in TeleSales/Lead Qualification and comfortable on the phone, willing to make a high volume of calls. You will only call to qualified leads.

In this position you can start as a freelancer and can grow into a contract role or be hired directly with contract. While you are working as a freelancer you will receive compensation on all of your sales.

  • They need to have sales experience (in real estate or equivalent) and they need to be comfortable on the phone.
  • They need to have a valid drivers licence and being able to travel to France (on occasion) to show properties to prospective clients.
  • No experience of the candidate = starting as a freelancer. Training included, only comission.
  • Experience and a good profile = hired with contract.
  • Looking for people self employed (Freelance/Autonomo) during 3 months trial period and normal profiles. ( No salary is offered to freelancers only commissions if they make a sale).
  • Once they make a sale then they will be offered permanent contract and basic salary.
