Job Opportunity: Retention Agent in Forex with French Portuguese or Italian Proficiency

A leading financial services company is seeking a Sales Retention Agent who is fluent in Portuguese Italian or French and has experience in the Forex and CFD industry. The position is based in their Limassol office.

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Employment Type: Fulltime

Compensation: Base salary plus commissions

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Portuguese Italian or French (both oral and written) along with English proficiency (at least B2 level)
• Prior experience in Forex & CFD Industry retention is a prerequisite
• Proficiency in computer usage
• Ability to work under deadlines and targets
• Strong management and mathematical skills
• Exceptional skills in handling objections
