THE RESPONSIBILITIES YOU TAKE ON IN THE JOB

• Ensure accuracy of people data in BambooHR
• Setup employment contracts
• Handle Visa processes in cooperation with an external agency
• Handle correspondence such as employment, parental leave and termination confirmations
• Schedule and organize various people related events such as onboarding days,100 day talks, end of probation talks
• Prepare payroll data for handling of our external payroll provider
• Contribute to handling of legal and regulatory in cooperation with external lawyers
• Review and improve admin processes
• Contribute to setting up regulations and policies in HR ops area, such as labour time, vacation, time -off and others

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Being a team player with an open and forward-thinking attitude.
• An eye for the detail of HR data and understand the impact the operations side has on employee satisfaction
• Sound experience in the technical topics as mentioned above data, contracts and people processes
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities to constantly evolve the ways of working
• A good level of German and English
