Requirements
- 2+ years of first-party property defense litigation experience highly preferred, however, associate candidates with other types of litigation experience will be
- This would include preparation of pleadings and discovery associated with defending a first-party property case, and taking and defending
- Experience in handling hearings and depositions without extensive supervision
- Excellent academic credentials
