Finnish Marketing Specialist

The Finnish communication specialist would be a creative thinker with good communication and technical skills to help us elevate the Finnish market. This person will be comfortable changing from ad hoc execution duties to manage daily tasks overseen by the help of a local Marketing Manager.

The position will be located at our Headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia

Key Responsibilities

• Participation in the development of campaign ideas aimed at new customers and then their localization in Estonia (sometimes as an exception in other target markets) on company website and purchased media (online, outdoor media, print media, TV, direct marketing, OOH and other media mix media).
• Placing and keeping up-to-date advertising banners and landing pages on our website and campaign page.
• Support Marketing Manager to write briefings for media and creative teams incl. ordering campaign designs from internal designers or creative agencies and then configuring them in campaign materials.
• Manage campaign settings in the game developer backend, bonus engines, Oracles backend and welcome pages CMS.
• Responsibility for the entire customer's journey of marketing activities and communication until the customer's first deposit is made.
• Management of internal communication between different department
• New customer communication management via the web, e-mail, SMS, automated calls and Facebook.
• Ensuring that local marketing and CRM campaigns are up to date.
• Delivery of quality written copy within time-pressured deadlines with the help of a Marketing Manager
• Ad hoc related duties
• Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints
• Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
• Being the local brand communications specialist
• Negotiate with vendors
• Handle, coordinate and oversee all event operations, delegate to venue staff members when possible
• Analyze, evaluate, create and present reports
• Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, media, PR or related field. Digitally minded.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in marketing communications or specialist role.
• At least 2+ years experience in the iGaming Industry (Casino, sports and/or poker)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
• A good understanding of how to tell a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience
• The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it
• Finnish is required as a native language as they will be dealing with marketing campaigns, editorials and advertorials that will be published back in Finland

PLEASE NOTE: This will be an office based role situated at HQ in Tallinn, Estonia.

Relocation assistance may be offered for this role, all candidates welcome but MUST be fully proficient in the English language -

• 500 4 months if in Estonia
• flight ticket for the main applicant
