Field Service Technician

What you ll do:

• Driving a TIER-provided van around your city in order to maintain TIER s fleet of e-bikes in Fingal County

• Collecting, redistributing, and swapping the batteries of our vehicles using our in-house app

• Checking and documenting any damage or repairs needed, and carrying out minor repairs in the field

• Working with your colleagues and the Operations Manager in your city to improve operational processes and ensure a great service for residents in your city

What you can bring:

• A valid EU class B driving licence

• A minimum age of 25 years

• You have knowledge of using smartphones / apps

• English language skills are required

• You work conscientiously and with a focus on safety

• You are flexible to work on weekends

• Prior experience in delivery & logistics is valuable

Hourly rate: 15 EUR/hr

Weekend rate: 17.50 EUR/hr

Weekly hours: 20 - 40 hrs weekly

Shift pattern: Weekdays and weekends (0600-1400 / 1400 - 2200)

Contract: 18 month fixed

Place of work: Shifts start and end at DCU Alpha Campus, DN11 KX4N
