Our client is a renowned retail food group with a vast number of awards and an excellent track record of promoting internally. As the Fast Food Restaurant Duty Manager you will manage your own team of staff by hiring training and motivating your teams and also taking responsibility for the financials of the restaurant including ensuring a high level of cleanliness standards and overall positive customer experience.

This is a progressive retail business that is wellknown and has fast food restaurants nationwide.

My retail client is offering a competitive salary of 30000 up to 32000 plus quarterly bonus DOE

Responsibilities for this Fast Food Duty Manager Job:

• Oversee the running of the fresh food department
  
• Responsible for a highly skilled team planning out their workload directing work and ensuring tasks are completed correctly
  
• Stock ordering and control of proper ordering
  
• Ensure the proper management of hygiene and HACCP records
  
• Ensure the standards are maintained.
  
• Train new staff members and provide further training for existing staff
  

Requirement for this Fast Food Duty Manager job :

• 23 years of management experience in the Fast Food/Quick Service Industry.
  
• Strong people management skills.
  
• Possesses business savvy/experience in cost and sales management.
  
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations and HACCP qualifications.
  
• A flare for food & a desire to excel in Customer Service.
  
• Managing staff rostering and people management in liaison with the General Manager
  
• Experience in driving a fastpaced highvolume store.
  
• Flexibility in working hours.
  
• Good team building and motivational skills.
