- Managing the Union of Agricultural Cooperative Societies in Palestine and supervising the follow-up of its various daily activities.
- Networking, communicating and developing relationships with partners and local and international funding bodies.
- Implementation of the policies and directives of the governing body.
- Supervising the internal planning process in the Federation for all development programs and projects, as well as the financial and administrative planning process.
- Reviewing and supervising the development and approval of an organizational structure and annual work plans for the union based on scientific and administrative foundations, in full coordination with the administrative body.
