MW Partners is currently seeking a Executive Assistant to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Must managing and coordinate travel and itineraries for the EVP and two VPs in the department and can prepare documents for travelrelated meetings.
- Can prepare confidential information such as expense reports and maintain discretion when dealing with confidential research information.
- Willing to pitch in with basic online searches for information or review of simple spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Preferred interest in movie marketing industry
