Location: You will be assigned and centre to report to in Greater London however there will need to be flexibilities to travel to; East West South and Central London dependent on Job centre requirements
Are you passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their full potential LT Selection is thrilled to support our client in seeking a dedicated Employability Trainer / Specialist Tutor to join their team. In this role you will play a crucial part in planning and delivering sectorspecific employability programs that include face to face IT training fostering a positive and safe learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a comprehensive training plan showcasing expertise in the subject matter.
Provide inspirational and supportive tuition guiding learners throughout their educational journey.
Implement effective classroom management techniques ensuring engaging and innovative learning experiences.
Create and deliver differentiated lessons encouraging active participation among learners.
Maintain learner documentation to meet quality and funding compliance standards and progressive marking is key to this role.
Ensure timely achievement of learner outcomes fostering their growth and development.

Requirements
GCSE Grade AC in English and Maths or equivalent qualification.
CERT ED or Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification.
CERT ED or Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification.
Assessors qualification (A1 CAVA TAQA etc...)
Experience in assisting people removing barriers and facilitating progression into employment education or training.
Proven ability to collaborate with employers and external agencies.
Track record in delivering interactive training and development programs for adults.
Proficiency in developing customized individual plans and learning programs.
Strong ability to work independently meet deadlines and thrive in a selfdriven environment.
