Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Elevator Technician to join our team in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing elevator systems ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. This role requires a high level of technical expertise attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Install maintain and repair various types of elevator equipment.
  
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with elevator systems including mechanical and electrical components.
  
• Respond to emergency calls for elevator malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work inspections and repairs performed on elevator systems.
  
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for the procurement of parts and equipment.
  
• Provide technical training and guidance to junior technicians.
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients building managers and team members regarding elevator functions and maintenance schedules.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Mechanical or relevant field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience in elevator installation maintenance or repair.
  
• Knowledge of hydraulic and traction elevator systems.
