Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced EW/EMS Specialist to join our clients team on a fulltime basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronic warfare (EW) and electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) operations and will play a critical role in supporting our clients missions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to develop and implement EW/EMS strategies and tactics

Perform threat assessments and develop countermeasures to protect against electronic attacks

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and integrate EW/EMS systems into larger defense systems

Conduct testing and evaluation of EW/EMS systems to ensure functionality and effectiveness

Provide technical expertise and training to team members and clients on EW/EMS systems and operations

Stay current on industry trends and advancements in EW/EMS technology to continuously improve processes and solutions

Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and providing subject matter expertise to proposals and presentations

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in EW/EMS operations preferably in a defense or aerospace environment

Strong understanding of EW/EMS principles techniques and technologies

Experience with EW/EMS systems and tools such as jammers receivers and signal generators

Knowledge of government regulations and standards related to EW/EMS operations

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
