Seeking a skilled and experienced Electric Maintenance Tech! The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial electrical systems and industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of electrical safety procedures and codes (PLC) and possess the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems.

Job Description:

Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment in accordance with relevant codes and safety regulations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems in a timely manner. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects. Identify and recommend improvements to existing electrical systems and equipment. Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations and codes. Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements:

1-5 years of experience in industrial electrical troubleshooting. 1-5 years of experience in Design controls. 1-5 years’ experience programming PLC's/ building them for automated equipment. Thorough understanding of electrical safety procedures and codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Valid driver's license.
