Are you a driven and detailoriented ecommerce professional seeking an exciting new challenge LampShopOnline a leading online lighting retailer is searching for a talented Ecommerce Marketplace Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for online retail and a keen eye for optimising product listings and customer experiences wed be delighted to hear from you!

In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our ecommerce operations contributing to the growth and success of our thriving online business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise product listings across various online marketplaces ensuring accurate and engaging content.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
• Support inventory management liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure stock availability and accurate forecasting.
• Monitor and report on key ecommerce metrics using insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future strategies.
• Analyse pricing strategies and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Enhance the customer journey and experience across online platforms to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

Desirable Experience:

• Prior experience in an ecommerce role preferably within the retail sector.
• Familiarity with marketplacessuch as Amazon eBay OnBuy & B&Q.
• Excellent communication multitasking and problemsolving skills.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience inExcel.
