Role Overview:

As a Dutch Travel Advisor! Youll provide excellent service via various channels address queries empathetically maintain product knowledge and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and business performance. Track and document interactions to ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients via the different channels (inbound calls outbound calls email chat )
• Make sure that all customer queries are answered and their concerns are addressed accordingly; demonstrate empathy
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Track document and retrieve information in the calltracking database

Qualifications:

• C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch
• B2 proficiency in English
