Looking For Durability Engineer Having Experience in ANSA & ABAQUS For a Global IT MNC @Bangalore

Location: Bangalore

Qualification:

B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical/Automobile

Experience: Around 35 Years of Model build for Durability for Automotive

Roles & Responsibilities:

35 Years of experience in Strength Stiffness and Durability analysis for BIW &

Closures utilizing Abaqus ANSA and META

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical /Automobile with strong understanding of

automotive systems

Should be proficient FE Modeling and Connection in ANSA.

Must have good knowledge in solving convergence issue in Abaqus

Strong fundamental knowledge of mechanics dynamics and numerical methods

Should be proficient FE Modeling and Connection in ANSA.

Should be ready to work in Abaqus / NVH / Crash modelling guidelines.

Experience in NCODE / FESAFE is preferable.

Good knowledge on Closures load case for durability.

Good knowledge in Suspension load case for durability is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to

multitask.

Good to have skills:

CATIA 3D & 2D data handling

oSuspension load cases (durability)

oBasics of LSDyna

oMSOffice

oWorking with Japanese standards

Tools:

Preprocessor (compulsory): ANSA

Solver: Abaqus Nastran

Post processor: Metapost Hyper works

Language (not mandatory): Japanese
