Durability Analyst Interiors Exteriors

Job Description:

• Responsible for evaluating the standard and nonstandard durability & safety load cases assessed for all the trim commodities.

• Responsible for Interiors and Exteriors Analysis support to daytoday CAE requests.

• Setup Interiors model and exteriors model for the respective analysis requirements.

• Interiors Safety analysis experience is an added advantage

• Competent in the prerequisites of the solvers in Abaqus / LsDyna.

• Capable of debugging the analysis model irrespective of the solvers and to identify the root cause of the issues.

• Capable of simulating the nonstandard load case in a realistic approach

Key Requirements:

• Good Knowledge in Engineering fundamentals.

• Proficient in Hypermesh/Ansa and Solvers like Abaqus.

• Sound working knowledge of Durability load cases on Interiors/Exteriors.

• Expertise in metals strength and fatigue analysis.

• Working knowledge in Fatigue software such as Abaqus Nastran or LS Dyna.
