At CTS, we deliver IT services dedicated to the legal sector covering IT strategy, technology platforms, cyber protection and managed services.

In 2022, CTS announced the acquisition of leading iManage Partner, Tiger Eye, who are renowned for their iManage knowledge and technical expertise, implementing, managing and optimising the iManage document management system (DMS), a key application used by 78% of UK Top 200 law firms. This acquisition strengthens CTS knowledge and heritage in the business and practice of law, enabling us to better transform the user experience and operational success of our legal clients.

Together, CTS and Tiger Eye will work towards becoming the digital transformation partner for law firms, expanding our product portfolio to offer integrated application and platform support within a high-quality service model aimed at delivering a new level of fee-earner productivity.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading, enabling and managing our Business Development and Account Management Teams, ensuring they re motivated to meet (and exceed) our commercial goals. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with colleagues across the Group to achieve our business goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a market-leading commercial team for the CTS Group.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy that will enable the delivery of our new business and account management goals across the group.
  • Lead, enable and manage the new business and account management teams to achieve their targets and goals.
  • Proactively manage the pipeline, forecasting, and revenue projections to ensure targets are achieved and keep the business regularly informed of progress.
  • Be informed about the latest industry developments and understand where the priorities for our clients lie.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the sales process and promote the company's services.
  • Collaborate with other departments across the group to ensure a seamless client implementation and ongoing experience.
  • Ensure client and colleague satisfaction is at the forefront of everything you do.

Experience and skills

  • Significant experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment and with Legal Application Software.
  • Solid understanding of the legal industry and priorities for our clients.
  • Consultative approach to business development and account management, able to identify and communicate the win-win in business negotiations.
  • Strong commercial acumen including knowledge of pricing strategies, contracts and selling to clients.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, which allow you to learn, develop key insights and potentially adapt and devise better strategies to solve new challenges.
  • Proven track record of leading, enabling and motivating people to deliver their best.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company culture and values, and champion these within your teams and across the business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be highly motivated, tenacious, and resilient in pursuing objectives despite challenges.

  • Annual salary: 100,000k - 125,000k PA DOE + OTE Bonus 50k
